Every person reconnects with themselves differently.
Rather than following a fixed method, I create a space that responds to what is present for you. Together, we draw from practices that best support your needs, always at a pace that feels comfortable and with your permission.
Depending on what emerges, we may draw from:
reflective coaching
somatic awareness
breathwork and grounding practices
mindful movement
guided visualization
somatic drawing
Together, these approaches create space to slow down, reconnect with your body, and listen to yourself with greater compassion and clarity.
The intention is to help you come home to yourself.

Every session begins with where you are.
There is nothing to perform or achieve.
Instead, we gently explore what feels most present through coaching conversation, body awareness, reflection, and, when helpful, creative expression.
The session unfolds at your own pace, creating space to notice patterns, reconnect with yourself, and discover what feels true for you.

About Kate
For over 15 years, I've supported people through learning and development, coaching conversations, and emotional wellbeing across international organisations.
My own journey also taught me what it feels like to live in constant striving—always achieving, always moving, yet gradually losing touch with myself.
Through art, somatic practice, yoga, breathwork, and slowing down, I found a gentler way of relating to myself.
Today, these experiences come together through Purrspective.
I offer gentle 1:1 spaces where people can pause, soften, and reconnect—with themselves, with their bodies, and with what matters most.
