My Story

I didn't always live life slowly.

Growing up in Hong Kong, I was taught to keep moving—to achieve more, do more, and constantly strive forward. Over time, I realized how easy it is to lose yourself in that rhythm: always moving, yet never quite feeling enough.

At first, it was only a quiet sense of disconnection.

Slowly, I found my way back through art, presence, and a gentler way of living. Drawing became more than creating something beautiful—it became a way of listening to myself again.

As my journey deepened, I found myself exploring reflective coaching, somatic awareness, yoga, breathwork, and creative practice. They weren't separate paths; together they helped me reconnect with myself more fully.

Today, these experiences naturally come together through Purrspective.

For over 15 years, I have supported people through learning and development, coaching conversations, and emotional awareness. Now I bring together everything I have learned to create spaces where people can pause, soften, and reconnect—with art, with themselves, and with life.

Gentle wishes,
